About Me
Biography
I am a native Chicagoan passionate about visuals.
As a second-generation Romanian-American, I dream of one day being able to cinematically tell the stories of those whose hard work made my life possible.
I've had a camera in my hands ever since I was five years old and my dad sent me off with my grandmother to Romania for the summer. He gave me a Kodak 27-exposure disposable camera for the trip, and after using it to record my adventures there, I haven't been found without a camera (or passport) since.
In college, I rediscovered film and have since been experimenting with shooting, developing, and scanning my own work. I have dabbled with 35mm, 120, and Polaroid prints, and hope to get the chance to print my work in a darkroom sometime soon!
